BelRed mural applications are being reviewed (90+ applicants)

Great Neighborhoods Kickoff for Factoria and Eastgate, 4:30-7:30pm (link)
This is a drop-in event at the South Bellevue Community Center. There will be kid activities and light refreshments. The Neighborhood Area Plan will inform future growth and change by providing guidance about ways to strengthen neighborhood identity and enhance livability.

Surface and Storm Water System Plan Update The Plan will make recommendations for future actions to address changing conditions brought on by state and federal regulations and the growth associated with future development. The Plan will have a more detailed focus on the operations of the City’s storm system, and it will build on and be consistent with the broader policies and vision of the City’s 2044 Comprehensive Plan. Storm and Surface Water System policies will be developed by management and reviewed by the Environmental Services Commission in subsequent meetings that will occur in early 2026.The Storm and Surface Water System Plan was last updated in 2015.
